Sick to my Stomach

July 14, 2009

As I read the LA Times everyday, I become more and more disappointed to watch the state I grew up in crumble from afar. Large cuts on education, bad nurses continuing to be bad nurses despite reports to the board of nursing, lack of a state budget, etc. It  makes me sick to my stomach to read about California going down the toilet.

I wish I could do something about it, but it is a mess that a mere mortal like myself cannot even imagine to tackle. Shoot, if the last action hero can’t solve this one, who possibly can?
